We offer free shipping on orders of S$100 or above. For orders below S$100, there is a flat rate fee of S$5. Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days after processing and up to 7 business days during peak periods.

Deliveries are usually via courier between Monday-Friday, 9.00am - 10.00pm. Currently, the courier is unable to support specific time slot delivery. Redelivery is chargeable at S$5 per attempt.

*Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or restricted locations including: Alps Avenue, Changi Cargo Complex/Ferry Terminal, Changi Airports, Jurong Island, Lim Chu Kang, MID Bases, Sentosa, Senoko, Sembawang Park, Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, Tuas View Extension.

We offer shipping to the contiguous U.S., Australia and most countries within Asia. We appreciate your patience as we work to expand our shipping destinations.

The shipping fee and estimated delivery time will be calculated and shown at the checkout page. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, import duties, taxes, customs fees and brokerage fees (if any), which are not included in the prices on our site.
