How do I start a return?
We're sorry to hear that our products did not meet your expectations. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@ourgoodlab.com within 45 days of the delivery date and we would be glad to help you.
Please include your name, order number, order date, the name of the item that you would like to return and the reason for return. To aid our R&D team as we continue to enhance our products, we also request that you provide timestamped photos of your lashes on days 1, 30 and 45 of using our product. We take your feedback seriously and appreciate your understanding on this.
Are there any exclusions?
We're unable to accept returns on samples, sale, promotional or discounted items. Please note that we can only accept Our Good Lab products directly purchased through ourgoodlab.com. We cannot accept products purchased from a third-party retailer.
While we always strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with our products, we reserve the sole right to accept returns. Our Good Lab has the discretion to reject returns if misuse or abuse is deemed.
We’re a small, women-run team that prioritizes people and the planet over profit. We kindly request that you treat our guarantee and policies as respectfully and reasonably as we do.
Who is responsible for shipping costs?
All shipping costs remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
Help! My items arrived damaged or defective.
Don't worry, we're here to help. If you received an item that is damaged or defective, please keep the original packaging and product and email us at hello@ourgoodlab.com within 7 days of the receipt date.
To ensure we can help you out as quickly as possible, be sure to include your name, order number, order date and a photo of the damaged or defective item. Once we’re able to confirm these details, we'll kickstart the replacement process.
When will I receive my refund?
Please allow up to 14 business days from receipt and confirmation of returned items (if requested) to process a return. Refunds, less discounts, shipping fees, duties, taxes and/or customs fees, will be credited back to the original payment method used.
If the original order qualified for free shipping or complimentary self-collection, a shipping and handling fee of S$10 for the first item and S$5 for each subsequent item returned will be deducted from the refund amount.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We're unable to amend or cancel any orders once confirmed. When an order is placed, we begin processing the order immediately to ensure prompt delivery.
